Windows 7 and filePro 5.6 installation

Is  XPmode what my gaming buddy told me about?  I was told that Windows 7
essentially has an entire licensed version of XP that you can run
transparently under Windows 7.  I was told it's an additional download, but
it's free for Windows 7 licensees.

We talking about the same thing?

Not too bad in Louisville.  About 3".  Keeping the head above the snow is
okay if the pavement has been salted.  Icy steps make it a bit more
challenging.

I figure I'm okay as long as I'm not asked to luge.  :/
