I've been using "techinline" for 2 years for Windows support.
Has been extremely easy for clients to install the control
and they just tell you the a Client ID connection number
that is unique for each different session. No phone home
stuff going on.
Different pricing based on different uses, for me it
has figured out to be the least expensive option.
