I've used gotomeeting, gotomypc with various clients. Usually not a
problem. I do have one client where the gotomeeting on citrix and it
just won't work from the mac. We have a couple of clients that we
connect to with logmein and i don't think i've ever had a problem using
it - it was a huge improvement when they went from VPNs for their vendor
support to logmein.
The windows remote desktop app on the mac seems to work fine, but I
don't support very many people with that.
We have used Mikogo quite a bit recently with good success - especially
for demoing stuff to each other when we are working at home.
The absolute worst method anymore for me is a VPN connection to this
company that is some cisco partner. I can gain access about 10% of the
time (from either the mac or my win box). And when I can get in, then
sometimes another person at our office will have a lot of trouble. We
seem to spend whole days trying to support people who are using VPNs.
