licensing error

I notice after a reboot of our SCO OpenServer 5.0.5 system running filePro
5.6.07D4 that we get
a TCP/IP Licensing error when we first attempt to execute going to our main
menu.
After we enter thru it and it 'kicks us out' then it seems to work fine when
we re-execute the same menu call.
I seem to recall seeing something about this a while back (prior to us
upgrading to 5.6 probably) and didn't
pay much attention to it because we weren't yet on that version.

What I suspect this is causing is a few of our night time jobs not to run -
For example, I have two 'scripts' that I run, and if someone reboots the
server before leaving for the day
and they don't log in and try to do SOMETHING to invoke the filePro error,
then the jobs don't run.
At least this is what I suspect is happening - on nights we don't reboot
before leaving, the jobs run fine.

Is there a 'fix' for this issue??

Thanks in advance
