If you have to turn the license server on and off periodically, you should
make little one line bat file to "stop" and "start" the service.

But, it is my understanding that you do NOT need the license manager to be
running at all... Not unless you want to point to a "special" place for the
license file, or do something out of the ordinary with the licensing. I may
be wrong about this, but I don't think so. I do not run the license manager
under most Unix systems.
