Termcap issue Fedora 11

As a general rule, we always have a termcap independent of the
vendors that isn't subject the the vagaries of the vendor.
Copy a working termcap to /usr/local/etc/termcap
In /etc/profile, ~/.profile or in a Filepro startup script add:
TERMCAP=/usr/local/etc/termap
export TERMCAP
You can then make local modifications, additions, etc. to the
local /usr/local/etc/termcap file without having to worry about
what the underlying system does.
