Termcap issue Fedora 11

I suppose someone will yell about me even running Fedora but...

Been running various Fedora (1, 5, 9) with perfect emulation from a 
gnome-terminal using the xterm in filePro termcap.  Now on a new install 
on a Fedora 11 box, the horizontal and vertical lines and corners all 
question marks. I've tried the standard termcap file from a fresh 
filePro installation as well as a good one from an earlier install and 
the same thing. All the other key functionality seems good, but for this 
line issue. It's these codes below that are not working as expected. Any 
ideas would be greatly appreciated.
