It's not Yahoo that rejected it, it's fpgroup.com's MX provider.

It got to Yahoo, and then Yahoo tried passing it along.

Of course, there is no indication of what "virus or spam content" it thought 
was in there.  I'd be curious if the failure notice that you posted to the 
list got through the Jose, as it would probably reject it for the same 
reason.  (Hopefully, he'll see this reply, which has most of the original 
message stripped out.)
