Ted,

Try this:  Install the printer in Windows.  Then open the Printers and 
Faxes page and see what the name of the printer is - exactly as it is 
listed.

For example:  Brother H Model 5

Change the Destination on the Printer configuration to say:

WIN:Brother H Model 5

See if that works.  Sometimes I have had problems with the naming you 
display.

This seems to work if:   1) Windows can print to it, 2) it accepts PCL 
commands

Check the Printer setup options in windows and make the printer Spool if 
possible. 

Then you can have different people on the network, install the same 
printer but attach to it differently - via network, via share, 
whatever.  As long as they have a printer that says:  "Brother H Model 
5" in the printer and faxes list, their stuff in filepro will print to 
that printer.
