EDI 856 Format

Hi:

Anybody out there familiar with the EDI 856 data format?
I am trying to export a flat ascii file from my filePro package that can be easily mapped to the 856. 
I am under a lot of time pressure and have come up empty so far on finding information on some of the requirements.
