Fascinating.
Neither 794 nor 94, nor any number merely ending in 794, decimal or hex, is a "/" in unicode or latin character sets.

(9 is not within the octal digits so it can't be an octal value or part of one)

What does this show?
set |egrep "(^LANG|^LC)"

Like the 2001 monolith ratio of dimensions of 1:4:9 I can not find any cosmic significance to 794 yet.
