Well, I, at least, am stumped.
Before I even bother you for more information.
Are you sure your define files has the right permission
-rwsr-xr-x ddefine
And are you sure the directories where the files reside have -rw permission
at least and are owned by filePro... likewise with the map and key for those
problem files.
Best way to get this right is use the setperms script in .../fp0/scripts.
Are you sure the important files which *do* work reside in the exact same
location as the ones that don't? Meaning the key/data can be in a different
directory than the map... so the permissions may be right for the map and
wrong for the key/data....
Heck, I don't even know if this is a permission problem. But, it is always
one of the first things to check.
May be meaningless... are these alien files by any chance. Don't know how
that impacts anything....
Sounds like something very strange is happening... wish I could help.
