Something has changed on your system.  The bkp file is created 
everytime you run filePro and will work if it is valid for a period of 
so many days if the lic file fails because of a change in hardware 
configuration.   Replacing the lic file will not make a difference. 
The license manager will use the bkp file if it can when it needs to. 
I have never seen a lic and bkp file fail at the same time but maybe 
support has more information for you.
