That might be the printer initilization string setup in the Printer
Mainenance entry for the printer you are using.
 
Try setting up a printer table called "nocodes" with no printer
initialization string and use it as the printer type.

I'm having a problem when printing to a file
0000000  033   &   l   0   O 033   (   1   0   U 017  \r  \n
this print code starts at the top and beginning of the form
I'm using  sco 5.7 operating system and filepro 5.0
and the form has no print code in it
also when printing mutable forms the print code is only on the first
page and when that form is used twice only the first page get the print
code.
