unable to add fields on version 5.0.14D- REVISED

hi Nancy
i thought everyone could read my mind
yes 3 is correct.- i am restructuring a filepro file by adding fields
everything looks normal but the fields are not added

just realized what is not happening
normally the file goes through the restructure process.
the restructure does not happen.
filepro just goes to the main filepro menu
