fileproGI - Firewall issue

Guys,
Can anyone that uses fileproGI over the internet tell me what SERVICE (UPD, or
TCP or what) do I need to set up to allow the connection?
I use sonicwall TZ180 and it is not so easy to just say open port something. It
needs me to establish a service or use an existing one and nothing looks right.
Then I have to make an access rule, saying I allow a person from this
location to use this service to connect to this location. That part I have done
many times, but I have no idea how to open just a port. They should call one
"Socket Service" but nothing jumps to mind.
Has anyone set this up and could give me a hint?
I tried TCP, and UPD - but I see some other things that open both services at
the same time. Do I need both TCP and UPD to have the port 4350 open? (I know
whatever I do has to also be done for the admin and license ports.)
Thanks for any help.
Nancy
