Purchase and Install filePro (http://www.fptech.net)
press "p" from the command line
press "2"
using the arrow keys select "TClient" and press the enter key
using the arrow keys select "NEW"
enter "0" in the "Enter screen name:" field and hit the enter key
Hit the down arrow 10 times and the space bar 10 times
type "HELLO WORLD"
Press the "Esc" key (twice if you are on a *nix like operating system)

Viola!
