My First Filepro App

Well, actually, it's my second. My first is on a diskpack I still
haven't figured out how to read, and was an fp3.0 thingy for tracking
mortgage applications called ProMort. Anyone got a 3b2-500 with the
disk pack drive still working?
My second one, though, was a from-scratch rewrite of a tracking package
for a piano and organ dealership to replace an earlier version written
by their controller. They played fast and loose with their
manufacturer floorplan financing, and ended up filing BK; the program
(and the Tandy 4000 it ran on) got bought by a similar dealer about 100
miles north of here -- who didn't by any means need the 16-port
Computone it came with (or the custom DB-62 15 foot extension we needed
to put the box *inside the dropped ceiling*, since not all the serial
cables would reach down the wall -- the sales rep *still* remembered
that cable, 15 years later :-).
It just resurfaced; they called my ex-boss, and asked him to fix it.
So I should have a copy of it for my vast amusement here in a week or
so. fP 4.0. Xenix 2.2.4.
Hee.
