There are ways to turn off View Source in browsers via JavaScript.
However, none that I've ever seen are foolproof even in the browser. Not
to mention the fact that it's very easy to get the source without even
using a proper browser.
Even if one encoded the entire rest of the page in some format, then had it
decoded and displayed -by- JavaScript and CSS, you're basically including
the decoding tool necessary to view the source by virtue of the requirement
that the user needs to be able to have the source in some form for the
browser to render it. You can try this twenty convoluted ways from Sunday,
but it's always going to be easy to circumvent.
Short answer: No, it's not possible to do properly, and don't waste your
time trying.
