If that data was lifted without authorisation, the company that did it is
likely in a lot of trouble.  If that's -actually- the case, and they
weren't authorised by the responsible party, the CEO should probably call
the FBI Computer Crimes Division.  I'm sure they'd be more than happy to
assist.
