Check with your ISP. In the past months, my ISP (Athenet) decided to
apply internal spam filters -without- notifying its customers! All of a
sudden, my spam dropped from about 100 spams a day to maybe 10, but I was
unable to receive email from Hotmail, Yahoo, WebTV and several other mail
domains.
Unfortunately, they didn't notify their subscribers that they were
going to do this, and there was no way for us subscribers to examine the
"junk" mail they had filtered, so I had no way to look for
"false-positives". I may have lost several vital emails until I figured out
what was going on. It took several weeks before I could finally get them to
remove the filtering from my main account.
