OT: sort of... SCO

The overall decline in direction and corporate policy and culture can be 
traced squarely to the death of the founder.
They were ok for a year or two on inertia, then things started slipping here 
& there in more and more ways, then the breakup & sale, then it was not even 
remotely the same company anymore.
