Full disclosure:  Ken is surely absolutely correct that my customer 
would have been running again quicker had I contacted tech support 
directly and immediately, which is what I advised Steven to do, before 
my remarks degenerated into irrelevant grumbling.

However, since my only access to or contact with any post-5.0.14 
distribution was the single download from the fptech website that 
related to that single client's license, I dispute that the 5.6 beta 
license originated through any fault of my own.
