Slashes in DOS/Windows paths (was Re: issue with ddefine on win2k3)

Also, as to "open to debate", I can tell you that filePro has always
used forward slashes in the "/filepro/..." and "/fp/..." part of the
filenames.  Only the part derived from PFPROG/PFDATA/PFDIR variables
could be backslashes, and only if the user/admin used backslashes in
setting the values.

For example, PFDATA=C: and PFDIR=\appl would result in filePro using
the name "C:\appl/filepro/filename/map" to access the map.  This has
always been the case, from the very first release of filePro back in
1983 or 1984 through today.
