xfer and memory error

Is it just me, or did Scott Nelson say:

Get an MD5 sum program and check your files against each other. If they
match, don't sweat it. If it's -actually- completing (like...say it has a
screen that says it's done...), then I wouldn't sweat it.
Reason I say that is because I regularly get installers and such that give
me the same kind of warnings, even though they work perfectly. Actually,
It will be a case where you've just done all the work, click finish to
close, and you get the error then. I've even seen it on XP, but it's more
prevalent on 2000 Pro.
I know the maps and screens will have different sums, but the processing
and data won't. If all those turned up clean, I wouldn't worry about the
rest. I see this warning frequently enough that I don't even blink
anymore, I just go, "There she goes again..."
