experience with Xerox Phaser 6180n & filepro

Mike:

I am a Samsung Power Partner.  Their entire laser line is "dumb" but I still
love the printers.  Most of them have been sold to non-filePro customers so
this wasn't an issue for me.  For the fP customers I package the printer
with Bob Rasmussen's Print Wizard (unpaid endorsement).  His support can't
be beat.  He fills in all the blanks for issues I encounter that I don't
have the time nor the brainpower to understand (as a single employee entity,
of course, g).
