need of a web based message board

our company has a need for some type of  a message board for 
communications with
the overseas operations for products being developed.  There is a lot 
of back and forth communications
when trying to develop a product.  Each communication needs to be 
time and date stamped .
There is also the need to post images to this board.  All this needs 
to be web based.
Just looking for suggestions.
