It completely depends upon how your applications are written. Surely you have
more cross reference / transaction tables that are affected.

You have a huge problem on your hands. This is not a simple problem to fix,
since you most likely have duplicate header id or whatever you use to link
header files to detail files.

If you need to keep original time stamps it's an other layer of fixable complexity.

You need to hire the smartest person you can afford who understands how to deal
with mapping filePro files to alien files. This is not something you can fix
with a question on a mailing list.

Fixable yes. Fixable on July 4th? Probably. But it won't be a picnic.
