Yes, this helps - somewhat.  So are you saying that
the user at the problem local workstation potentially
edited existing records as well as added new ones?

If that is the case what do you want to do about the
pre-existing records (if any) that were edited both on
the main server and the local workstation?  Do you
want to just keep the one with the later date of last
update?
