You can turn off the reporting of these errors with PFBIXERRORS=OFF.
Note, however, that the errors would still be occurring, they just
won't be reported.

It's the location within the index where the error occurred. In case
anyone is interested, the numbers are, in order: in-memory buffer
number, block number within the index, major key number within the
block, minor key number within the major key, and whether or not the
value was found. (Obviously, for DKNF errors, the last number will
always be zero.)
