Fp & web phone access

One of my clients called me this evening with an interesting problem.

The accessed their Windows based app from a cell phone.  They added a memo,
which is a popup from the record they are on.

To end the memo they must press F10 and to exit back from the menu press
<ESC>.

Problem - the cell phone does not have and <ESC> key or an F10.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this?
