frechain - two copies??

John, as time goes by these free chins are easier and easier to get and they
can really just wind up anywhere ..., but I checked a couple of our recent
installs and don't see a freechain under /appl/fp.  But on an older dev.
box, I see two versions under lib, one named "freechain.oldstyle" that has
size 269912 compared to the current one of size 395228 (SCO Unix).  I'm
having trouble remembering why we kept that one, but there must have been
some reason.
