Second request-need to compress / remove empty records from an fP key file

I guess you're right.

I hope, for his sake, you're right.

I wonder what happend to my earlier post, where I gave him more
detailed info about how to run a process each night to get rid
of all of the deleted and saved-empty records in a filePro file.

BTW, I hope he doesn't have and MEMO or BLOB fields in his file.
I found awhile ago that sometimes those fields in deleted records
were not alway equal to "".
