Apparently there is an error in both the fPTech documentation and in
Laura's Quick Reference Guide.  (Or at least a poorly-worded entry.)
Perhaps it's meant to convey that, under *nix, you can specify a
pipe for the destination, as in:

   -p "| ghostprint"
