Sorry, small correction to my previous post - 

Wrong punctuation in this line:

matrix:PAN1092:WIN:\\FREDS_PC\OKiML320

In the filepro config table, it appears as:

matrix,PAN1092,WIN:\\FREDS_PC\OKiML320 (commas where I had semicolons).
