When I clicked on the link in today's email it knew I had already filled it out.

So isn't this a "database thing" to send out an email and keep track of who 
replies, and send out second requests only to those who have not replied?

I hate it when a company tries to use technology, when they should stick to 
things they know like "making clay pots" instead of parsing email addresses.
