run index maintenance error

Bruce,
Just modified the selection process to use demand index 1.
Then index error now says the l_card index K is invalid. There is no index
K, the last auto index is index I.
Now this is getting even more interesting.
I think I'll sent this to fp support as there is definitely something wrong.
