run index maintenance error

Have you re-tokenized the OTHER processing tables
involved?  What version of dreport, rreport and
dxmaint are you using?  You should supply 3 different
version numbers - get them by running each program
with PFVER=ON
 
What is the exact command line that you are using when
you use dreport?  What is the exact command line that
you are using when you use rreport?

Do you know that this lookup is the cause of the
error?  Do you have a show statement immediately after
this line that never gets executed?

Granted that this should not cause an error, but what
key(s) and length(s) is the index built on?  Are they
the same as the key to your lookup?
