OT: CD-R/DVD Backup Disposal

Five seconds in the microwave does a wonderful job of destroying data
and does not seem to harm my microwave.  It does take a little while for
the burnt smell to fade.......so the microwave in my office has dual
purpose, data destruction and food warming!

I generally break them in the trash can.  It's kinda hard to read
the little trianglular pieces (and they can be used for tree
ornaments during the holidays).
