You can also go to www.soundideas.com. They have a great product which we have been using for over a year. It is well documented and easy to implement with filepro. You can also call Dave there who is very knowledgable. All the information you will need is on line.

If it is going to be used as infrequently as you say, I would bypass the whole issue and use a remote takeover piece of software like PC Anywhere or Tight VNC.
That way the client would dial in / connect to a local PC thru a VPN and then do whatever is required.
It's a lot easier to get up and running and can be done for the cost of the vpn connection. Tight VNC is free. PC Anywhere is more robust and a bit easier to use once set up.
If the requirement is that the client must use a browser to see the data then this approach won't work.
