Well, it's not a "shortcut", it's a "port". However, there may be
a separate Windows API for accessing "ports".
All the FAQs and readmes that I found tell you to do this by sharing
the printer, and then using \\server\sharename, so there may not be
any built-in way of accessing a printer "port" from the command line.
