Indexes in qualified files

xfer should be transferring all indexes, including the qualified
ones.  Run with the "-x5" and "-e logfilename" flags to generate
a log file on both the transmitting and receiving ends.  Search
the logs for the qualified index filenames and see what it says.

xfer should be creating an "xferix" script for you which does the
rebuilds.
