That will be determined by a value contained in a field in each record. Just
to simplify this problem lets say if field 10 contains a date then the
second form needs to be printed, if field 10 is blank then only the first
form is required.

| | I'm sure someone has done this before but I haven't come up with the
| | solution yet or found it in the archive. So I'm thanking you in
| | advance for your assistance.
| |
| | Basically I want to printing a run of forms, the catch is some records
| | will have two forms and other records will only have one form.
| | Consider it a letter with 1 or 2 pages. I can print the forms
| | separately but I'd rather they be coallated and thats the problem.
|
| When you "print the forms separately", how do you know which records
| "have" one form, which ones "have" two forms?
|
| Filepro database directories have forms, I didn't know that individual
| records had forms. So what do you mean when you say that "a record has
| a form, or several forms"?
