selective form printing

If you mean that there are two forms you have created. Some records will get 
only one to print and some will have both printed, that is pretty simple.

You can't choose different forms in the report format. So create another 
"input processing" table. Create your selection format you need, use 
whatever conditional statements will be required in the new input processing 
table and run the selection of records on the new input processing table.

You can then chose from an unlimited number of forms to print.
