<< 1. How do I make the PDF995 program start with this request (as it
does when you print any windows doc and select that printer)?
 2. Does anyone know if I change the NOCODES to hp-2100 will the codes
conflict with the PDF program?  This question assumes someone is using
the same program out there.>>

>From what I see on their web site it looks like PDF995 is a Windows-only
program. In other words you have to click print and select PDF95 as the
printer. You can’t route files to it from the command line or from
filePro. Maybe I am wrong and someone will post an answer. If I am
right you will have to find another solution.

We have written a program for use in house at TriMed that does what I
think you want. We create some of out filePro reports as PDF files
using fonts, logos, etc, pretty much anything you can print to a laser
printer and then either send the pdf file to someone as and email
attachments or open it up in the Acrobat viewer depending on the need.

If you don’t get a positive answer using PDF95 then contact me and I’ll
help you work it out.

Best,
Wally
