AFAIK, the delete key won't break out of debug mode.

Also, I mispoke and apologize.  I meant to say I have PFQUIT=ON (instead of
PFBREAK).  I realize PFBREAK has to do with the INTR signal.  I just wasn't
thinking clearly when I composed the message.
