Rclerk & Terminal server

My client who is using terminal server called today to say they are having
"a memory leak problem". It seems that rclerk is either partly or
completely staying in memory when sessions are ended. As they are having a
lot a traffic using terminal server, this is causing there server to crash.
I have to check with their administrator to see if the users are ending out
properly thereby closing their session. It is possible that they are just
clicking on the x and leaving the session alive. But as they only have a 10
user license, I would assume that when the max number of sessions is met, no
one else can log in.
Has anyone seen this problem with terminal server running on Server 2003?
Any suggestions as to what may be causing the problem or how to clear up
will be greatly appreciated.
