Printing nice docs from filePro

Agreed that there are some issues, but others are made easier.

So, for example, you can only have a "header" on the first page (unless
you want to have a separate file for each page) and you can't have a
footer for all pages.  But if you don't need these HTMLPRINT makes other
things easier like it can automatically put in "Page X of Y" and will
include text headers and footers that are included in the .ini file
(which filePro can control if you want it to).

I refuse to use IE unless I absolutely have to.  I found the workarounds
that allow you to use it for printing, but they were more complex and
you still have to deal with its formating problems in style sheets. 
BTW, using style sheets you can set font size in points.

I can see where it wouldn't help, but for simple reports that you still
want to look nicely it seems a nice fit.
