we do still have some Win98 workstations, but the processes that I speak of,
are all run on WinXP, or 2000/2003 machines.

we have version 5.0.13DN9.

there are no show commands in the processes I am concerned about, but where can
I find the old "Show Commands are Slowing Speed of filePro" posts.  Do those posts have
solutions to the performance hit on those operating systems?
I have also employed the tip of the day - video sync, which works well by the way.
