Windows XP and 2 printers

I am trying to hook up 2 printers to the PC Windows XP Filepro 5.0.14.9
It seems as if Filepro is only happy with one printer.I have both of them
are installed via USB and both will either not print or print using RTF60.
One of the printers is a Photo  HP C4100 and I guess it is a windows only
printer. The other is a desk jet 882C and is not a windows only printer. Can
some explain what is going on here.?
